Therefore, I had to contact technical support to solve these problems. Don't worry, technical support responds and solves the problem ironically within 24 hours. They are very polite. domains for clients more easily. Would be nice to be able to invoice clients directly from the reseller account or at least have multiple credit cards for payments from clients. The free SSL is great considering how much others charge. But it is a nuisance to constantly have to regenerate the certifications. This is the 4th hosting provider I have used in 5 years. So far have stayed the longest with them. After the big name ones, this customer service is a dream come true.

o switch to paid hosting plan. And one of them support agents tried to infect my pc with malware, they sent a malicious picture with zero context and I downloaded it from curiosity and it was blocked by the defender. Don’t waste your time, self host is the best way, you can control everything.
