Hello, We are hosting in Turkey and host 30.000 websites. We are working Myloc/Webtropia for years as reseller. - Reseller support is very good....

We solve all of our problems and very helpfull reseller team. - Servers are very good and you can find any kind of servers without setup fee. - Very good discount rates for resellers. - We have online server panel and API to reboot and other functionalites to control servers. The only disadvantage is support. Support is not bad but is not very good also. I am sure it will be better next years. We have more than 150 servers and we are very happy to work with them. enced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service. It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat. Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly. Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

Very Poor Company and Wired Policy

Be Aware of MyLoc! I purchased a VPS on monthly subscription, and placed a cancellation request. But they said they can't cancel the server until next...

month, and forcing us to pay the due invoice to keep active the server until the next month cancellation date. They said the server has been automatically renewed for next month without even payment from our side (LoL!) And started arguing their nonsense terms and conditions! Nonsense company, wired policy! They live in 1910. Avoid it at any cost!

Technical people incompetent

After hosting email and a flat HTML site for years, a small orange degraded to such a point that the service was unusable. For almost two years, the t...

echnical people could not figure out how to keep (individually addressed) email from being recognized as spam by yahoo and aol. The response by support was fast but that does not good if they cannot fix problems. Something happened to the company management that allows this to happen. I am so happy with ultrawebhosting and cannot believe we did not switch sooner.
