I‘m with VPS2day for several years now. My last interaction with the support tipped the scale for me to finally write a review. I recently had an issue with my server which was caused by a misconfiguration on my end. After searching for a while, I was unable to rule out the root cause of my issue and I contacted the VPS2day support in a last attempt to save my server.
And let me tell you, those guys were absolutely delightful to work with. After 5 minutes I got the initial response to my question and after a few messages back and forth they were able to resolve the issue with me. I’m really impressed with the quality of the support, that wasn’t just repeating some default answers but rather top class engineering support with broad knowledge of Ubuntu which is the OS I‘m using with my server.
Of course, they might not have the cheapest pricing of all time and there are some smaller UX issues with their user interface as of now but the quality of the service/support and the server itself speak for themselves. Thanks a lot guys!
as stated on our website all VPS come with 100 Mbps ( which is 10 Mb/s ) by default. There is always the option to upgrade your bandwidth on your VPS detail page.
The bandwidth was 100Mbps initially then one day I noticed the bandwidth dropped to 10Mbps without any notification or communication. It just dropped.
When I raised a ticket, the support revealed the myth that there is a 2Tb traffic cap and the bandwidth drops to 10Mbps after you hit it.
I love their support\'s response time, but I really hope the 2Tb cap is visible on their website before I paid for the service, so I knew what I was paying for.
I have to say, promising 100Mbps with unlimited traffic looks so attractive, any customer happliy clicked the \'Pay\' button will feel the same I feel, when learning the truth afterwards.
Today made a translation for 34 Euro in bitcoin, the money is not credited to the account. Five hours I wrote a ticket, no reply received. I do not want to upset, I guess I'll have to forget about taking Satoshi. Next time I will be more selective. All a good day!
