Thanks for your review Cindy but it is not correct. We are a fully private company. For our underlying network, we use a decentralized selection of cloud providers (e.g. linode, digitalocean, aws, google, leaseweb). This enables us to offer hosting in dozens of global locations without having to build out data centers. This means we can focus on offering amazing hosting. Everything apart from the underlying hardware is run by us.
Not true. We checked everything out. You have simple servers on linode and hosting you resell. AWS I haven't seen any same with Google. Linode told us this and that they also have normal cheaper hosting you can take directly from them.
You can't lie to people using Linux for 25 years! started with slackware, redhat been system admin for many years.
Do yourself a favor guys.... Insist on an IP address and then run a who hosts this on it (plenty of sites online can do that). You don't even have a listed registered IP group allocated to your name using Linode etc.
I have read your message and I see that you have proof and I am really worried that the company is deceiving us. They shouldn't lie and if they provide good service, even if it's not in the clouds, they will win customers. But with lies you can't trust.

Sorry I'm not clear why you say we are lying? We're not! Our technology page has some more details but in summary we deploy our servers globally across many different providers and networks, using tools such as Terraform and Ansible to easily manage and deploy our infrastructure.
If you traceroute or lookup RIPE ownership of IPs you would see the underlying network providers, sure, but if we used our own IPs for public-facing shared hosting machines, your clients would instead see our business details.
With dedicated servers we can support fully custom hostnames too, and for more advanced deployments we can even leverage certain providers to allow you to bring your own IP ranges if desired.
Alternatively if you need an unmanaged system it's not something we offer, but we can provide referral links to Linode, Digital Ocean etc which will give you a large amount of free credit so you can find the best option for you.
