1 month ago I purchased Magento hosting from Krystal hosting. they really helped me a lot to set up my business. I do not come from a technical background but I didn't face any problem to setting up my business because it offers the best knowledge resources & supportive customer support. For my other website, I purchased 1 domain from GoDaddy & WordPress hosting from Domain Racer. These companies assure me that non-technical people can also build the best online business.
James, Jamie, Steven and Ben all helped me with a few issues regarding my website. I was having trouble with php, maximum timeout and FOUT (flash of unstyled text - for those of you who know as much about web design as I do!). After many hours of reading forums and trying to understand what was going on, I contacted Krystal. They worked on my issues professionally, quickly and courteously, even replying to me late on a Saturday and Sunday night. They fixed everything, suggested a further plug in and even configured it for me. I love these guys!
Unfortunately, we will no longer be providing you with a hosting service in the new year.
Also note i started paying £2.99 a month and it went up to £10 a month. I advise staying away from this company

We will ensure that you are refunded in full any remaining time on your hosting service and our support team will provide backups of your data if you require them, to ease your transition to another hosting provider.

Moved my site from bestwebhosting (which is krystal owned) without my consent to a unserviceable / broken krystal account. Tried to move it back when I shouted (so they could then move it to the krystal account I opened and paid for) and made matters worse. Now site down, which they claimed was up around the globe until I provided evidence it was down. Bad attitude and incompetence combined.
Now it has gone back from being somehow suspended to a security risk (browser alerted). What a joke. Total amateurs.

Now my support chat window was closed on me.
All of this no doubt ruining my Google and Bing rankings, as well as losing me business I can not afford to lose.
Mr. Blackler, get it working now, refund my £, pay me compensation, and give me a free month of working site please so I can move to someone else who knows what they are doing.
They have now moved me back to bestwebhosting but I continue to get issues with emails. Had to add forwarders for several active email addresses to ensure I get them.
This has all completely screwed up my day. LUCKILY I was around else krystal "support" would no doubt be patting themselves on their backs saying "what a great job we did again" "look it is working great" while my site, moved without my consent to a non working account, would be toast.
