1 month ago I purchased Magento hosting from Krystal hosting. they really helped me a lot to set up my business. I do not come from a technical background but I didn't face any problem to setting up my business because it offers the best knowledge resources & supportive customer support. For my other website, I purchased 1 domain from GoDaddy & WordPress hosting from Domain Racer. These companies assure me that non-technical people can also build the best online business.
Never had an issue that wasn't solved, and fast. Very supportive staff and always willing to help. Never had a site down, great TTFB and general speed even on shared hosting. A genuinely good service and a helpful team
I've been with Krystal for a long time now and it's always been an excellent good value service. It's been reliable throughout the years and when I deal with the helpdesk, they are always extremely helpful and resolve problems very easily. It's a big plus to me that they are really easy to get hold of via their Chat or Email.
It's also been interesting to see their service evolve over the years and they just keep adding more capability and service without much of a price hike :)

I've been with these guys for a look time, back when my website was hosted in the underground bunker! Throughout my time, they've helped me with advice, tech support and site security. Every time that I've reached out for help, knowing it's probably a novice mistake on my part, they've been there to help and normally have the problem resolved within an hour. They've never made me feel stupid, and I quite often learn something new. I don't normally write reviews, but I was given this as a best option when I asked if they had one of those 'donate' or 'buy me a coffee' buttons, as I wanted to show my gratitude in the assistance I had with my latest problem.

Krystal have been brilliant in helping me switch from my old host, which was slow and wanted a lot of money for SSL. Krystal migrate your site for free and you get free Let's Encrypt SSL, so it was a no brainer! I highly recommend making the switch. The service I have received so far has been friendly, knowledgeable and very quick.
