Hello, I am with Knownhost since 2018. They have the best support times as well as support problem resolving. Their VPS and Semi Dedicated hosting are very good and have very good response times. This is something that is very important for me, because of Google Page Speed. I haven't tried their NVME VPS servers, because they still don't offer them in Europe. But when they offer them, i am going to try them for sure. My recommendation for everyone from small businesses and websites to large ones.

Im glad using Knownhost a hosting provider. I have a VPS with +20 accounts, all are wordpress websites and support operators help me rapidly when a create a ticket, with minors issues I dont know how to resolve and another issues may be out of their scope. Their help is invaluable. I had issues for plugins having conflicts between them and they also helped me with that. The prices are good, the system is always stable and during the night they have plenty support operators available. They are all very kind and professional. They mantain the server always update with the latest software as PHP 8.1, LiteSpeed and so.

KnownHost was the best decision I ever made. I'm not a technical expert and every now and again I run into issues that are beyond my scope of understanding. I immediately reach out to support and in minutes I have a pro working on my issues. They are resilient and will work non stop to figure out all and any potential issues. When found they are immediately rectified. I don't see myself hosting with anyone else. So far it is the best web/hosting service I have experienced.

I think Knownhost is by far the best option if you are looking to host <100 sites. Their support at times is the best I've had but can be somewhat inconsistent depending on who picks up the ticket. Our company does not have any technical experts in servers, so whenever we run into something we don't understand, we wind up asking KnownHost. We've had accounts there for more than 2 years and support is always outstanding. First, we get a reply fairly quickly, often in a few minutes depending on the complexity of the issue.

Second, they have an amazing depth of knowledge and even when something surprising occurs, we generally get to the bottom of it quickly. We have used probably 6 or 7 different hosting companies over the last 15 years, so we have a lot of experience with support, and KnownHost is just head and shoulders above everyone else we've used.

The only negative thing I'll say is that sometimes we do get a less senior support person, and it takes a few more ticket replies back and forth to get an answer, but often someone else steps in and solves it if the first person is struggling a bit. Considering that even the less experienced staff are way beyond our own server capabilities, we consider this perfectly acceptable. And the really senior staff, which seems to be 90% of the people we come into contact with, are really awesome, just a super in-depth knowledge of servers.

Knownhost was recommended to me by a fellow web developer, and the past four years have been precisely as a good web host should be. Super efficient customer service and a great hosting environment which is fast and reliable. So impressed!
