I've used Hostwinks for about two years now

I've used Hostwinks for about two years now for hosting personal email and websites, and about two years for hosting email, website, and file backup for a business that's had between one and three people. There are various businesses I've used to support my small business, but Hostwinks has been one of my favorites for two reasons: (1) they only change in *good* ways; and (2) the tech support is always knowledgeable.

very smooth performance

I ordered 2 dedicated servers from host winks, the speed is decent, using them as RDP no lag no hang, very smooth performance at the cheap price. I am hoping to add some more servers next month with the same specifications.

Very good support

I have recently moved all the websites from DO to hostwinks due to their better pricing and flagship locations. Not only that, after signup I have recived free migration support, the executive name Paras B. helped to moved all the VMs to their infra. It was all done very smoothly without any downtime. Very good support.

Hostwinks support experience

Hostwinks saved me from a website malfunction, late at night and on short notice. They were amazing - found the glitch in my complex system and promptly took care of it. The next day, I was enjoying a productive work day, instead of dealing with irate customers on the phone all day (the usual when the site goes down and has to stay down for several days). The developers at the host I use were unable to determine or fix the issue. I am so very grateful to have this company to call on when a website problem crops up!

Great if you know what you're doing

Been using HostWinks for quite a while now, and everything's perfect. They're always updating their features, their documentation is detailed and helpful, they have various server locations to choose from...all good.
