Ich habe Ihr Stornierungsticket wieder geöffnet und notiert. In diesem Fall erstatten wir Ihnen bei einer sofortigen Stornierung aus Kulanz eine anteilige Rückerstattung. Unser Stornierungsteam wird sich mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um dies für Sie zu arrangieren.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that your experience with HostPapa was not a positive one.

I have raised your support coverage concerns with our Director of Customer Care and the Support Team leaders so that this can be addressed to avoid such issues in future, and I would like to extend to you my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience incurred while you were with HostPapa.

I am showing your account is cancelled, but as this was a mid-term cancellation we did not approve a pro-rated refund by default and the cancellation was scheduled for the end of your billing term. I have reopened and noted your cancellation ticket, in this instance we will provide a pro-rated refund on an immediate cancellation as a goodwill gesture, our Cancellations team will be in touch to arrange this for you.
