I've been a customer of D9 since March 2020. Have had very few issues and they resolved each one quickly and without fuss. Also went above and beyond helping me with things I should have known but didn't.
I pay for 1 year of hosting and domain. They charge me an another year without asking if I want to renew the services...I spoke with them for get a refund the same day. They refuse and they cut me the service!!! yes, I already pay and they cut MY SERVICE THAT THEY CHARGE ME! ...unfortunately I live out of the US. Bad service, a spensive hosting. I make a little research and find that there are plenty of better hosting out there, You can get better ones with less money. They use the term on use to catch you (if you don't now about this method search on google, I think there is a documentary on Netflix as well)...don't spect understanding from this guys. THEY USE A REFERAL SYSTEM ! THATS WHY THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPLE TALKING THAT D9 HOSTING IS VERY GOOD. ITS BAD FOR THE PRICE. JUST SEARCH AND YOU WILL FIND BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER PRICE HOSTING, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
We sent this Client copious reminders that his services were due for renewal as we always do, a month before renewal. He had his services set to `auto renew' but ignored our reminders. He thought that by just ignoring reminders and instructing us to autorenew we would be able to read his mind and know that really he didn't want to renew. Go figure. Most hosting companies run a referral system, it's called an affiliate programme. If Clients are happy with our service, they recommend us to others and earn an affiliate commission. There's nothing illegal or illicit about this. Of course there are cheap hosting companies out there, our advice is to check them all out. You get what you pay for. We wish this ex-Client luck in his future endeavours but would advise him to always cancel directly with the company if he wants to cancel, rather than just ignore reminders, so that the hosting company don't go ahead and renew services, as I suspect they won't be able to read minds either.
